TERMS & CONDITION
1. "Team Soler" will accept only one photo per fan.
2. The photo has to be sent by email: teamsoleritaly@gmail.com
3. The photos of under 18 fans will be published ONLY with a written authorization from their
parents or a legal guardian. In order to give the consent, please fill in the form downloadable
here below and send it back via email to "Team Soler".
4. By sending their photos, it is accepted the following:
a) photos will be given free of charge, without limitation of time, also under the Italian law
(art. 10 and 320 cod. civ. and art. 96 and 97 Law 22.4.1941, no. 633, Copyright law);
b) publication and/or dissemination in any form of their images on the "Team Soler"
website, on printed media and /or any other means of broadcasting of Team Soler;
c) the retention of photos and of the videos themselves in the "Team Soler" archives and
notes;
d) the purpose of these publications is purely informational and possibly promotional.
5. Personal data will be used only for the above-mentioned purpose and under the current
Italian law (D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).

3. Le foto di fans minorenni verranno pubblicate SOLO se accompagnate da dichiarazione
scritta di genitori o chi ne fa le veci.
Per dare il consenso si prega di scaricare il modulo sottostante e inviarlo compilato in ogni
sua parte per email a "Team Soler".
4. Inviando le proprie foto, si accetta quanto segue:
a) le foto vengono cedute a titolo gratuito, senza limiti di tempo, anche ai sensi della
legislazione vigente in Italia (artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. e artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633,
Legge sul diritto d'autore);
b) la pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle proprie immagini sul sito internet di
"Team Soler", su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione di "Team Soler"; c) le foto saranno conservate negli archivi informatici di "Team Soler";
d) le finalità di tali pubblicazioni sono meramente di carattere informativo ed eventualmente
promozionale.
5. I dati personali forniti saranno utilizzati solo per le sopracitate finalitá e secondo
la legislazione vigente in Italia (D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).

Ciao!! io ho avuto 2 esperienze per incontro con alvaro...<3 <3 allora la prima è successo il 18 luglio 2O16 durante le firma copie del suo primo CD Eterno Agosto, quel giorno io avevo portato il disegno ad alvaro e lui gli è piaciuto così tanto ed è stato molto carino e gentile... :) invece la seconda esperienza era il 24 febbraio 2O17 durante il backstage (ho preso il pacchetto Sofia) ..durante il backstage ho visto il soundcheck, poi ho parlato tantissimo con alvaro e io gli ho dato 2 disegni e una lettera e poi abbiamo fatto tantissimi selfie hahahahah!! poi il giorno dopo ho ricevuto il suo mi piace dalla mia foto su instagram e finalmente ho realizzato il sogno di avere il mi piace ed di incontrarlo!!

Hello, I met Alvaro several times, and the last time I met him was on Monday 20th of November before his concert at the Forum Karlin in Prague. I had bought a Sofia upgrade to attend the soundcheck, and then I met Alvaro backstage. It was such a wonderful, happy, unforgettable experience, it was a moment I'll remember forever with a lot of happiness. I gave Alvaro some presents, he signed my book (his Italian biography Eterna Estate), I talked to him for some time, we hugged, and I took pictures with him. Alvi was so kind and sweet, he's one of the sweetest persons in the world. Thank you, Alvaro, for making all of this possible. The experience I lived at the Meet & Greet with Alvaro, and then at his concert in Prague, has given me a lot of strength to face all the tough moments when I'm feeling nervous and insecure at work. Thank you, Alvaro, for giving me strength and courage.
